I'm Chris Harris, Owner of Harris Fitness. I have been a  certified personal trainer for almost 10 years now. I have trained people from all of the world in many different locations. With my experiences I have seen so many great individuals take control of their lives and start new ones. I have discovered that while sweating your guts out and choosing to make fitness a priority in life isn't easy, it is WORTH IT! I want to make fitness something that people live rather than something that is just a "fad" for a period of time.
